Apps could possibly be one of the best inventions ever! I was actually just thinking the other day about how I would like to learn more about some of the apps out there for teachers. Low and behold, this week's assignments was to do just that! In my findings, I discovered three apps which I think could be very useful. The first app that looked attractive was the Teacher's Assistant Pro. I love that it will track information on students quickly and efficiently. I do have two concerns about the app, however, I worry first that I could be reprimanded for using my phone during instructional time, and I also don't like that it costs since I can't really try it before I buy. Another app that looks really intriguing is Free Books. Who knew? What a wonderful and fantastic resource for not just educators-but everyone! Finally, I found Dropbox. I started using this program not too long ago, and it's changed my life! So long, flash drives and emailing files to yourself. I absolutely love having a place to store everything so that it is accessible to me anywhere. All and all, there are tons of amazing apps available, but the three mentioned above definitely have potential to be of great benefit.
